Comment deadlines for 3 consumer bureau RFIs extended 30 days

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is extending the public comment deadlines for three of its requests for information (RFIs) under a call for evidence regarding the bureau’s proper execution of its consumer protection function. The extended deadlines are scheduled for publication Thursday in the Federal Register.

The new deadlines: are

April 26, regarding the RFI on CFPB investigative demands and associated processes
May 7, regarding the RFI on rules of practice for adjudication proceedings
May 14, regarding the RFI on bureau enforcement processes
