An operational risk workshop for directors of national community banks and federal savings associations (FSAs) will be hosted June 20 in Harrisburg, Pa., by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).
The workshop, for OCC-supervised institution directors and led by experienced OCC staff, will focus on the key components of operational risk: people, processes, and systems. It will also cover governance, third-party risk, vendor management, internal fraud, and cybersecurity.
