The next meeting of the community banking advisory committee for the federal bank deposit insurance agency will be on Oct. 10, according to filings Monday with the Federal Register.
According to the notice filed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC), the meeting is set for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Oct. 10. The only agenda item is “current issues affecting community banking.” However, the FDIC noted in its filing, the agenda is subject to change (and those changes may be announced as late as the beginning of the meeting itself).
The committee’s meeting is open to the public (subject to space availability, on a first-come, first-served basis). However, it will also be live-streamed via the Internet (at http://fdic.windrosemedia.com).
