Four information collections are up for renewal at the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection (BCFP, formerly known as CFPB): consumer leasing disclosures, information retention under mortgage acts and practices rules, disclosures related to mortgage assistance relief services (MARs), and mortgage loan originator registration requirements.
All four are being proposed for extension without any changes. A 60-day request for comments was published for each in September, and the bureau is continuing to welcome comments for 30 days – until Dec. 31. Notices are in Thursday’s Federal Register (and linked below).
