A board appeal is the single agenda item slated for consideration by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) Board during a closed meeting Tuesday (Sept. 24) at 10 a.m. ET. NCUA says the meeting is closed under exemption (8) of its rules governing public meetings. Exemption (8) prevents disclosure of “information contained in or related to examination, operating, or condition reports prepared by, on behalf of, or for the use of Federal agencies responsible for the regulation or supervision of financial institutions.”
