Tanya Green-Smith, a former employee of Northwood Federal Credit Union in Philadelphia, Pa., was permanently barred from future participation in the affairs of any federally insured financial institution under an order issued April 1 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
The NCUA order notes that Green-Smith was sentenced on the charges of theft by unlawful taking-movable property, theft by deception-false impressions, forgery, and tampering with records or identification. All are criminal offenses involving dishonesty and breach of trust, the order states.
