Workshops for directors of national community banks and federal savings associations are being planned by their federal regulator, covering a variety of topics, the agency announced Monday.
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) said the free, virtual workshop webinars – led by examiners – will cover topics including: Keys to success for directors, credit risk, operational risk, compliance risk, and risk governance for improving director effectiveness.
