Revised booklets for the Comptroller’s Licensing Manual were released Monday by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and replace booklets having the same titles that were issued between June 2017 and January 2019, the agency said in a bulletin.
In its Bulletin 2022-5, the OCC said it has revised the “Articles of Association, Charter, and Bylaw Amendments,” “Fiduciary Powers,” “Subordinated Debt,” and “Subsidiaries and Equity Investments” booklets of the licensing manual. The booklet revisions, it said, reflect recent updates to 12 CFR 5 and other regulations; remove references to outdated guidance and provide current references; and make other minor modifications and corrections throughout.
The booklets apply to all national banks, federal savings associations, and federal branches and agencies of foreign banking organizations, the OCC said.
