A workshop for directors, senior management team members and other key executives of national community banks and federal savings associations is slated June 28-29 in Dallas by the national bank regulator.
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) on Thursday said that the workshop, titled “The Building Blocks: Keys to Success for Directors and Senior Management,” combines lectures, discussions, and exercises to provide practical information on directors’ key roles (strategy, people and oversight). It said the workshop will include discussions on board duties, responsibilities and governance; current supervisory issues; and the examination process.
The workshop fee is $99 and limited to the first 35 registrants.
