Strategy, people and oversight are the three roles in focus during a July 19-20 workshop for bank directors, the regulator of national banks said Thursday.
The two-day program, titled “Building Blocks: Keys to Success for Directors and Senior Management,” combines lectures, discussions, and exercises to provide practical information on the three key roles of bank directors, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) said. Senior management and other executives of national banks and federal savings associations are also welcome to attend, the agency indicated.
Cost for the program is $99 (including materials and lunch); registration is limited to the first 35 individuals who sign up, OCC said.
