An updated summary ratios page for the examination performance results of federally supervised financial institutions will be introduced next week, the umbrella group for the regulators said Thursday.
According to the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), the updated summary ratios page for the Uniform Bank Performance Report (UBPR) will be launched Oct. 12.
The FFIEC said the updated page is part of a multi-year review of the UBPR, an analytical tool created by the federal regulators to show the impact of management decisions and economic conditions on a bank’s performance and balance-sheet composition. The review is intended to ensure the UBPR’s content remains current and relevant, the exam council said.
