An updated “Branch Closings” booklet of the Comptroller’s Licensing Manual was released Tuesday by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).
The licensing manual contains a series of booklets that explain the OCC’s policies and procedures on key licensing topics. Tuesday’s revised booklet, replacing the one issued in June 2017, removes references to outdated guidance and provides current references, the agency said in a bulletin.
The OCC said the booklet applies to all national banks, federal savings associations, and federal branches and agencies of foreign banking organizations.
