The “liquidity” booklet of the national bank regulator’s handbook has been updated, reflecting risks associated with liquidity and changes in regulations since the booklet was last updated, among other things, the regulator said Thursday.

The booklet is used by examiners in the examination and supervision of OCC-regulated banks, the agency said.
In addition to addressing risks and rule changes, the OCC said the booklet also includes clarifying edits regarding supervisory guidance, sound risk management practices, and legal language; reflects OCC issuances published since the booklet was last updated, and; revises certain content for general clarity.
