Topics of interest to the mutual savings association industry will be discussed publicly during a June 27 advisory committee meeting at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).
The OCC’s Mutual Savings Association Advisory Committee (MSAAC), hosted in person and virtually, will begin at 1 p.m. Eastern, the agency said.
“The purpose of the meeting is for the MSAAC to advise the OCC on regulatory or other changes the OCC may make to ensure the health and viability of mutual savings associations,” it said.
Those who plan to attend should contact the OCC by 5 p.m. Eastern on Thursday, June 22, to inform the OCC of their desire to attend the meeting and whether they will attend in person or virtually, and to obtain information about participating in the meeting, the agency noted.
