Details about the workings of the new anti-redlining regulation are presented in a video of a webinar released Wednesday by the federal banking regulators.
The final rule, adopted by the regulators Oct. 24 implementing the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), was aimed at strengthening and modernizing the regulations, the agencies said.
In addition to an overview of the rule, the video covers assessment areas, community development, evaluation framework, performance tests, ratings, data collection and reporting, and applicability dates, according to the agencies.
The video runs about one hour, according to the regulators.
