The consumer financial protection agency’s Credit Union Advisory Council (CUAC) is set to hold a public meeting March 8 from about 1-3:15 p.m. Eastern, according to the agency’s website and a notice in Friday’s Federal Register.
The CUAC advises the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) on how it carries out federal consumer financial laws applied to credit unions with $10 billion or less in total assets. The March 8 meeting will address broad policy matters related to the CFPB’s Unified Regulatory Agenda and general scope of authority, the bureau said.
The meeting will be held virtually. Members of the public will receive the agenda and dial-in information when they RSVP.
